Je vyroben procesem tzv. polykondenzac\u00ed kyseliny adipov\u00e9 a adipick\u00e9ho diaminu. \u0160iroce se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 v automobilov\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu, elektronice, elektrick\u00fdch spot\u0159ebi\u010d\u00edch, strojn\u00edch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edch, chemick\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu, letectv\u00ed a jin\u00fdch odv\u011btv\u00edch.   <\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Je tepeln\u011b odoln\u00fd plast, tj. m\u00e1 vysok\u00fd bod t\u00e1n\u00ed, proto se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 pro technologie, kter\u00e9 vy\u017eaduj\u00ed vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed teplotu nebo materi\u00e1l s vysok\u00fdm tepeln\u00fdm odporem (prostup tepla na st\u011bn\u00e1ch na st\u011bn\u00e1ch n\u00e1doby).<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e1 vysokou elasticitu, proto pokud V\u00e1m nap\u0159\u00edklad padne na zem, nepo\u0161kod\u00ed se, nebo\u0165 dob\u0159e absorbuje n\u00e1razovou energii, tj. nen\u00ed to k\u0159ehk\u00fd materi\u00e1l.<\/li>\n<li>Je vysokou odolnost v\u016f\u010di chemick\u00fdm prvk\u016fm, v\u016f\u010di v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b kyselin, alk\u00e1lii a sol\u00edm, odol\u00e1v\u00e1 i p\u016fsoben\u00ed inhibitor\u016f a jin\u00fdch chemick\u00fdch slou\u010den\u00edm pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch p\u0159i \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed okruh\u016f topen\u00ed nebo chlazen\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>Dlouh\u00e1 \u017eivotnost v pevnosti materi\u00e1lu, co\u017e je velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 p\u0159i st\u00e1l\u00fdch nebo cyklick\u00fdch n\u00e1r\u016fstech tlaku v syst\u00e9mech, materi\u00e1l se tak \u0159\u00edkaj\u00edc neunav\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e1 vysokou pevnost v tahu a ohybu, proto se n\u011bkdy pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 v z\u00e1vislosti na technologi\u00edch jako n\u00e1hrada za kov pro sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed hmotnosti v\u00fdrobku.<\/li>\n<li>Odol\u00e1v\u00e1 od\u011br\u016fm ne\u010distot v syst\u00e9mech, materi\u00e1l m\u00e1 n\u00edzk\u00fd koeficient t\u0159en\u00ed, co\u017e je velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 pro dosa\u017een\u00ed vysok\u00e9 \u017eivotnosti filtru.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Materi\u00e1l t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed EPDM tlou\u0161\u0165ky 3mm<\/h2>\n<p>Syntetick\u00fd kau\u010duk EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) m\u00e1 vynikaj\u00edc\u00ed vlastnosti jako je odolnost\u00ed v\u016f\u010di pov\u011btrnostn\u00edm vliv\u016fm, oxidaci a UV z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed, chemickou odolnost, elektrickou izolaci a tepelnou vodivost, co\u017e z n\u011bj \u010din\u00ed ide\u00e1ln\u00ed materi\u00e1l pro r\u016fzn\u00e9 pou\u017eit\u00ed mezi jin\u00fdmi i t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed. Volili jsme tlou\u0161\u0165ku 3 mm, aby se t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed dala v\u00edcen\u00e1sobn\u011b pou\u017e\u00edt, zejm\u00e9na z d\u016fvodu \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed a \u00fadr\u017eby filtru i Va\u0161eho syst\u00e9mu topen\u00ed nebo chlazen\u00ed. <\/p>\n<h2>Materi\u00e1l mosaz CW617N<\/h2>\n<p>Materi\u00e1l mosaz CW617N pro v\u00fdrobu ventil\u016f a jin\u00fdch kovov\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed filtr\u016f jsme volili kv\u016fli jeho vynikaj\u00edc\u00ed obrobitelnosti, velmi snadn\u00e9mu zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed. Jedn\u00e1 se o slitinu m\u011bdi, zinku a olova, co\u017e m\u00e1 \u0161irok\u00e9 uplatn\u011bn\u00ed v topen\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9m i chlad\u00edrensk\u00e9m odv\u011btv\u00ed. M\u00e1 bezkonkuren\u010dn\u00ed odolnost v\u016f\u010di korozi, odolnost v\u016f\u010di chemick\u00fdm prvk\u016fm, d\u00e1 se jednodu\u0161e a trvale povrchov\u011b upravit poniklov\u00e1n\u00edm (st\u0159\u00edbrn\u00e1 barva).  <\/p>\n<h2>Neodymov\u00e9 magnety \u2013 z\u00e1kladn\u00ed d\u00edl magnetick\u00fdch filtr\u016f<\/h2>\n<p>Neodymov\u00e9 magnety jsou zn\u00e1m\u00e9 tak\u00e9 jako supermagnety, nebo permanentn\u00ed magnety &#8211; a to zcela opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u011b. Jeliko\u017e maj\u00ed \u00fa\u017easnou s\u00edlu i p\u0159i nejmen\u0161\u00edch rozm\u011brech, pat\u0159\u00ed mezi nejsiln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed permanentn\u00ed magnety na sv\u011bt\u011b. Magnetick\u00fdm materi\u00e1lem na\u0161ich supersiln\u00fdch magnet\u016f je slitina neodymu, \u017eeleza a boru (NdFeB). V na\u0161ich filtrech jsou pou\u017eity r\u016fzn\u00e9 s\u00edly t\u011bchto magnet\u016f v z\u00e1vislosti na objemu a pou\u017eit\u00ed filtru. D\u00edky na\u0161im zku\u0161enostem pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me neodymov\u00e9 magnety vhodn\u00e9 velikosti a s\u00edly. Pokud by si v\u0161ak z\u00e1kazn\u00edk zvolil jin\u00fd design filtru, a\u0165 u\u017e jeho tvar nebo objem, magnet budeme p\u0159izp\u016fsobovat tomuto filtru, aby celkov\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dinnost filtru byla nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed, ne v\u017edy nejsiln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed magnet \u010din\u00ed z filtru ten nej\u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Nerezov\u00e1 filtra\u010dn\u00ed s\u00ed\u0165ka je vyrobena z nerezov\u00e9 oceli SUS316SS, m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt r\u016fznou hustotu mezer dle typu filtru, jeho pou\u017eit\u00ed, nebo poloze mont\u00e1\u017ee, nebo dle objedn\u00e1vky z\u00e1kazn\u00edka. R\u016fzn\u00e9 technologie vy\u017eaduj\u00ed r\u016fznou hustotu filtra\u010dn\u00ed s\u00ed\u0165ky od 50..-..800 \u03bcm (mikron\u016f).
